                      What if the helmet doesn’t help my child?
                    
                  You have 30 days after receiving the helmet to return it.
To receive a full refund (excluding return shipping costs), you must:
- by parcel with acknowledgment of receipt and signature required,
- valid tracking number within the 30-day period.
                    
                    
                      What happens if I have a technical problem?
                    
                  The Neuro+ helmet is designed to be durable and to accompany you for many years.
In case of a problem within the first two years, the warranty covers both parts and labor.
Beyond this period, or in case of misuse, our customer service team remains at your disposal for any repair request.
                    
                    
                      Can I use the same device for several people (partner, child)?
                    
                  Yes, the helmet can be used by several people who wish to improve their brain well-being, provided they have a similar profile.
- For example, a helmet designed for a child can be used by another child with a similar skin pigmentation.
- Likewise, an adult helmet can be shared between adults with similar characteristics (age, sex).
However, there is one exception: for older men and women, power needs differ.
