How does a session work?
Simple and quick!
Sessions are done at home. They last between 1 and 5 minutes depending on your child’s age. The helmet is placed on the forehead, and your child can keep reading, playing, or watching a screen.
😴 They don’t like having their forehead touched? No problem — the session can be done while they sleep
How does the Neuro+ helmet work?
The Neuro+ helmet emits a specific 810 nm light.
This light gently passes through the skin of the forehead to reach the superficial areas of the brain. Once absorbed by the cells, it supports their natural energy and helps the brain function better in daily life.
🌿 A gentle, non-invasive stimulation inspired by neuroscience research and designed for home well-being use.

The science behind the Neuro+ helmet
In specific clinical contexts, researchers have observed that photobiomodulation can:
✅ Reduce brain inflammation ¹ ²
✅ Boost neuronal energy (via mitochondria) ³ ⁴
✅ Support brain detoxification (glymphatic system) ⁵ ⁶
✅ Protect against oxidative stress ²
✅ Promote brain plasticity and the formation of new neurons ³ ⁴
✅ Improve cerebral circulation and neuronal connectivity ³ ⁴
🧩 The Neuro+ helmet is inspired by these principles, while remaining designed as a well-being solution. It does not replace a medical treatment.
Got questions? We have the answers
Is photobiomodulation safe?
Our Neuro+ helmets are non-medical well-being devices designed for gentle, light-based use.
They do not use pulsing or high intensities. As with any light device, simply follow the recommended session durations and avoid looking directly at the LEDs. If you have a specific situation or any questions, our team is here to support you.
Is the Neuro+ photobiomodulation helmet safe?
Yes, our devices meet the strict standards of the European community and are CE-certified, ensuring their safety and compliance.
Is epilepsy a contraindication?
Our Neuro+ helmets are non-medical well-being devices. They are not intended to prevent, diagnose, or treat epilepsy. If your child or a family member is concerned by epilepsy, we simply invite you to ask your doctor for advice before use. As with any light device, it is recommended not to look directly at the LEDs.
What protocol should I follow? Can I get assistance?
Sessions with the Neuro+ helmet are short. The device is designed for simple, brief use so it remains comfortable for both children and adults. A user guide is provided with the device: it explains the recommended durations step by step, helping you start gently and progress smoothly. If you’d like support in setting up the routine, an optional guidance service is available when purchasing.
When should the sessions be done?
Ideally, photobiomodulation sessions should be done at the end of the day, as they promote better quality sleep. However, if that’s not possible, you can schedule them at any time that suits you.
Your child can have sessions while reading, watching TV, doing homework, or engaging in calm activities. For more active children, it’s perfectly fine to conduct the sessions once they’re asleep.
